Cross-Cultural Transformation Internship

Cross-Cultural Transformation Internship is a three-month program internship designed to help raise and equip apostles, prophets, evangelists, shepherds, and teachers for the work of ministry (Eph 4:11-16). You will learn about their strengths, weaknesses, motivations, love-language, and how to help them when they are traumatized. This program is good for those who are looking to become stronger leaders and empowering those entrusted to them whether you are in the marketplace, school, or in the ministry. The instructor also teaches on how to identify them based on their physical characteristic (the way they dress, talk, color preferences, etc.). The class also goes into teaching on how to recognize them when they have been traumatized and how to restore them personally and in a corporate setting. This training in the end will help you learn how to love and appreciate yourself in how God has created you uniquely in His image and also appreciating those around you. It will help you learn how to speak the language that is foreign to you and understand them. It will give you an edge to prophesy with more clarity and bring wisdom to areas of brokenness. You will be trained to be an agent of change.
